李乘伊教授系国家机关老干部健康顾问团首席专家，现任世界传统文化研究院执行院长、中华临床医学会副会长、北京乘伊医学研究院院长、世界中医药研究学会主席等职。 Professor Li Chengyi is the chief expert of the health advisory group of senior cadres in state organs. He is currently the executive director of the World Traditional Culture Research Institute, the vice president of the Chinese Clinical Medical Association, the president of the Beijing Chengyi Medical Research Institute, and the president of the World Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research.
“在传承和创新中践行大医精诚——中医药发展感悟与思考”的主旨演讲。他首先阐述了中医药的悠久历史，中医中药植根于中国传统文化的土壤之中，是中华民族几千年来认识生命、维护健康、防治疾病的完整思想体系，是中国传统文化的结晶。其间蕴含着丰富的哲学思想和人文精神，溶于中华民族血液当中，代代传承。 Keynote speech of "Practice great Medicine in inheritance and innovation —— Understanding and thinking of TCM development". 李院长随后说道：“我们要继承中医药理论技术方法，集中力量在基础理论研究及重大疾病方面开展攻关，提升中医药防治水平。在中医药人才培养方面，既要完善中医师承制度，传承好老中医专家的学术思想和实践经验;又要遵循中医药规律，创新院校教育和实践基地培养模式，丰富中医药人才培养方式和途径。在中医药服务方面，要以临床实践为基础，围绕遇到的新问题、群众的新需求，积极推进中医药发展模式和中医医疗服务模式创新，推动中医药与养老、旅游、文化、体育、餐饮、生态、贸易等行业融合发展，培育新兴业态，做大做强做优中医药服务，在推进健康中国建设中发挥更大的作用。” Li later said, " We should inherit the theories, techniques and methods of TCM, focus on basic theoretical research and major diseases, and improve the level of TCM prevention and treatment.
